Help to fix my treadmill? My belt is going to left side?
Someone said to tighten or losen the screws to make the belt center, but where are these screws located and what exactly do they look like. I have an old weslo – its very old but electric.
The screws are located at the back of the belt, one on the left, one on the right. You will need an allen wrench to adjust it. Since your belt is moving to the left, tighten(turn clockwise) the screw on the left side in order to push it back to the right.
Don’t over do it. Tighten it about a quarter turn and let the treadmill run for about a minute before you adjust it further. It’s tempting to turn it a good full turn or two, but the damage that can be done by overadjusting your belt will make you regret it.
